Im new to this tech stuff and anything regarding mods, but im curious about the actual mods and if your graphics card is unable to play something too "intense". Is this the case? If so what gpu is recommended for mods, specifically zombie mods.

So im new here and new to pc gaming, but i would like to know if overwatch is on PC, either Steam or another platform. I ask this because i could not find it on Steam but im certain it released for PC. I would really appreciate it if someone could explain this to me.
