Issue with starting BO3 Mod tools.

So I installed the BO3 mod tools from steam about a week ago and was attempting to load the program when nothing happened. I installed the extra package required from steam and nothing still happened. I attempted to use the radiant tool and it stated that no map templates were available and I could not create a map because of it. I know sometimes files require CMD-Prompt to be able to work but at the moment. I have noticed my CMD-Prompt instantly closes when it open and this has been an issue for awhile as I can open it in a secondary account but not on my main windows account. Would this have any impact on using the tools or not?

My Introduction.

Hello everyone, my name is WatchersGrim but you can just call me grim for short. I have been in a lot of communities for CoD:WaW zombies. My original name is VZ MeAdOw here on ugx but now i go by this name for the fact of my new youtube career(you can find all social media sites im on by going to my profile). I do all sorts of things from mapping to website creating, i use to own gaming servers and i currently own a dell poweredge 860 running windows servers 2000 for experimental purposes.
