Can the SOE EE be done in solo?

Do weapons not level up when "Solo Game"?
Do i need to play split-screen or online everytime to level them up?

Hello guys, i want to start making videos to youtube, but my laptop can´t play the game and record at the same time( while playing there is no lagg but the records have a lot of lagg). Is there a way to record my laptop by using my mother´s laptop?
 Possibly by using a HDMI cable to share the screen and then using the recording software on my mothers laptop? If not is there a way i can use the laptop 1 to record laptop 2?

the useless map manager can´t connect to the internet.
my firewall is disabled. and by this post i am clearly conected to the internet.

I Think i need to convert it to a .IWI file.

For now it isn´t affecting my map or anything like that. Do you know the reason behind this? Is there a way to fix this, it just looks a bit funky.
