i think wordpress allows that, but as any free site it has a xxx.wordpress.com adress

https://wordpress.org/support/topic/html5-and-css3-theme

seems so.

Haven't had any problems with $0.00 Webhost (https://www.000webhost.com/).
I'd use a different email and password though. (http://www.forbes.com/sites/thomasbrewster/2015/10/28/000webhost-database-leak/#2376b5217c18) Standard hosting through cPanel, comes with own MySQL database so you can store users/emails and everything else you need.

Oh just incase you didn't click the second link, everything they store is not encrypted so use a disposable email/pass. The only other limitation is that if you do not log in for a month, your site is deactivated until you become active again.

It'll probably work fine for your .GSC tut.
