I will put an additional note in the notes section so everyone doesn't rag on me too hard for using CFG. I was at time constraints with college starting back up. I wanted to release before school and I have been putting my social life on hold. v2 will have my own ported weapons and will be optimized.
Rorke said he used hide tags on most weapons. The stuff is there just hidden. But I also don't have a full conceptual understanding of how fx and assets work. I ran out of time to learn and will learn while everyone enjoys an "unoptimized" v1 of the map.
I also think it is interesting that everyone hates T4M. If the resources are available I use them. It is lazy and poor practice but for now it will suffice.
Also Note: "I am garbage at managing my assets". I am not ragging on Rorke as I am happy enough to have had the easy road on the weapons in the first place.
Even if all the attachments are present but hidden with hide tags, the only limit that would affect would be the memory limit; which I don't think you are anywhere near at.

Did you play solo? I am a big coop player and it is significantly more fun with friends. In coop the survive rounds can only be activated when all players are by the door. Hitmanvere said the same thing as you when he beta tested. Survive rounds and camping are a style of playing that some people dont like. No hard feelings ;)

I don't mind t4m. I mind how mappers use it as a easy way out. Look at what maps have been made so far without it. Manage your assets correctly, and most maps won't need it. I decide not to play T4M maps to encourage the user to make maps without it :)This does not imply to do not play a map, for example look my map! that has memory limit, images limit, weapons limit and it is not my fault if i need all that "assets" (which is still a very good map). Only that the car takes you faster to a place you could walk. A place you can walk with little effort, so why take the car when there is a better alternative that doesn't require an extra addon such as a car, aka T4M?

I am not calling anyone lazy. I am saying that using T4M on maps that don't need it if you manage the assets properly, is a lazy way of doing it. You see Leviathan, didn't need T4M. I highly doubt that a map made so far desperately needs it.

It is hard to put in literal days of work into a map and then have people bash it, which is why mappers have this response. I have learned that the people who actually do enjoy your map never comment anyway. I know there is a decent amount of people who came across this map and actually had a great time, plus my friends enjoyed it with me so it was worth it!

I knew this would be an issue for some, and I actually thought about releasing a non-fx version on the map. If anyone thinks this is a good idea, I will add a second download link when v2 is released. Should be within a week or 2has nothing to do with the FX, more likely because of bad or non existant portalling
It is not likely, it is definitely because of non existent portalling :-[. More to do for v2 haha. Also it is good to see your perks available on an alternate site ;)they should be everywhere lol

Maybe I should try to get some of the others that dont require scripting to compliment your pack. I wouldn't mind sending the converted ones to you if you wanted to include them in your pack as well. You have high standards though, so Idk if you'd like my lazy sounds. I have been using a single reload sound for all assault rifles and then a reload sound for smgs and so on. Let me know if you are interested in my help.
When v2 comes out check out my weapons and see if you would like them included in your pack

Don't use CFG weapons then. :please: Port 'em yourself.Tru. And also the cfg weapons can be pretty far off from how they actually are. The only good onesnare rorkes and titos ports. I have always ported weapons myself but i have used a few of rorkes ports
