Title: Looking to buy a budget graphics card to play BO3
Post by: Twicore on December 14, 2015, 07:26:49 pm
I really need an upgrade when it comes to my GPU.
I'm running a single 1080p monitor, so I don't need much, just enough for it to look nice, and have a decent framerate.
Im thinking about getting a GTX 960 with 4GB of vram (cause I use lots of programs that have GPU acceleration and would benefit from that)

Also, I need to get a new PSU. Any suggestions on that?

Thanks.  ;D

GTX 960 is a great choice for 1080P gaming. Might not be able to  have AA cranked all the way up on other games but for BO3 you'l be set.

(not my video, just a random one from YouTube. Framerates in the top right)

For a power supply, i recommend a 500 or greater watt power supply with a gold rating assuming that you don't have anything else that would require more power. Something like this:

Thats some pretty beast specs if you ask me. Yeah I would go with the 960. In fact, I just ordered my 960 the other day!
