Firstly run your game in windowed mode while testing ( in console type r_full screen 0 then either change resolution in options or console vid_restart. This way you can see your console and will be able to catch that error. If you are in game and opening doors before it is crashing suggests the problem is within the map somewhere.

i got the same error or similar to this as i started with the modding.. i placed everywhere script_models instead of misc_models.. ??? :D
i see u have 508 of then ??? so all the stuff has a function? maybe delete some of then, not sure but should be help

this is the last thing a got when i paused my game this is the last thing i saw in consoul *Unhandled exception caught Com_TouchMemory: 0 msec. Using sum: 926194953* and it can't be a memory limit cause i still have LOTS of memory left on my computer ...

"Memory Limit" has nothing to do with your specs, it's a physical limit with the game.

well i've had lots of people tell me its the memory limit ... witch its not, and if there was a "physical limit" for my game my game how am i running 589 misc models/script models ...

this is the last thing a got when i paused my game this is the last thing i saw in consoul *Unhandled exception caught Com_TouchMemory: 0 msec. Using sum: 926194953* and it can't be a memory limit cause i still have LOTS of memory left on my computer ...
Com_TouchMemory is nothing.
Unhandled excpetion caught is the error output from your crash. It should spit out some information when you run developer 2;developer_script 1;logfile 2

Those errors are normal when running developer/developer_script. You can fix them by copying and pasting the _dubug.gsc from root/raw/maps to root/mods/*modname*/maps.

Thats half your max ent count right there
also is not "your" memory limit, we are referring to THE memory limit for COD 5, but we never said this is related, that was a different issue when it crashed before even starting...

1. i don't know how i have 508* script models (probably from the 4 house prefabs i have) but my zone 4 has been deleted... cause it was not possible to do, cause it needed so much misc models, and its now not crashing when i pause (it was because i had WAYYY to much misc models)
