Title: WinRAR help

I cant open ugx_mod.iwd with WinRAR when i click on it a cmd window opens for like a second. Any help would be appreciated   :D

Right click the IWD file, Open With -> Show All Programs -> Find WinRAR -> Tick the box "Always open with this program" -> click ok.
