I have been working on a drag and drop mod for some time now, and I'll be releasing v1.0 for people to use in their own maps soon. v1.0 will only include Gun Game and Survival, but I do have other gamemodes in mind. Before v1.0 is released I will be releasing a swamp island map from my Skyland map I never used. Swamp Island will showcase the features of this mod in a small, simple but difficult map. Check back here within the next few days for the swamp map download as well as v1.0 of the drag&drop mod.

  • Lowered melee mixer damage to equal Bowie Knife damage but never takes more than 2 hits to kill
  • Decreased powerup drop likeliness depending on amount of players
  • Lowered perk cost when purchasing from a perk machine (Gun Game)
  • Lowered personal insta kill cost to 5 tokens instead of 8
  • Increased MP9, L86A1, and the MK46 magazine capacity
  • Knife lunge lessened to emulate BO1 - Thanks YaPh1l

    Played this with Scotch few days ago and the mod is pretty cool so far :P Things I would suggest/fix:
    -Big line coming out of perkbottle, when drinking perk
    -Near Flogger, there are few barrels, that you can jump on top of
    -Flogger doesnt work (Intended?) if so, can you remove triggers for it, so you dont get hand icons on them?
    -Sprint anims on guns, that use WaW bobbing
    -Custom reticles on guns
    Might be some other things, but I cant remember anymore, lol. Looking forward to official release

    I added all bo2 perk bottles now and have fixed the stretchy perk bottle model.

    this map was made over a year ago and I didn't really edit it when I added this mod. its more of a test map for the mod. the flogger was on it from then and I didn't add the script for it yet but I will when I add survival mod :)

    I believe the only weapon missing the true sprint anims is the fal but I could be mistaken, I look into that.

    So is this mod made by the Quizz you owner the owner of the Quizz maps? or someone with the same name? cause this Quizz has so few posts thought the real Quizz would have tons more

    Oh, I can't believe you are back! Originally, you were on TMG website, but apparently, it has shut down.

    Would suggest converting either your perks or your added HUD stuff to menu since you're using up a bunch of HUD elems and may hit the hud elem limit.

    This was never a glitch either

    Waw cant display "5" points, but check for change ( going prone at the machines ) can give you 25 in waw

    meaning you would appear to be on 950, but infact, your on 945 - because the number displayed rounded up, but the actual number is still its original value

    With the current amount of hud elements I am about 2-3 from hitting the limit which is fine. I do not plan to add anything to gun game that would changed that, so it should be fine.

    If anyone notices the hud icons flicker let me know.

    the "glitch" is with check for change, not anything else. It should not be awarding odd numbers

    the bug that stops you buying things with the right amount - is inaccurate - because you "dont" have the correct amount

    anyway, whatevs, was just explaining the cause

    I dragged the folder off WinRAR after installation then dragged the folder to my mods directory but it does not show in my mods list on waw help   :derp:

    You install this like a normal map. make sure you placed it in C:\Users\YOUR_PC_NAME\AppData\Local\activision\codwaw\mods

    I will make sure to add an installer next update

    I really loved this mod, very well made, the map was also really good as a 'test'. If only i had a good enough PC to play with extra resolution and with spec maps on XD.
    Anyway, just a piece of advice, you should up the price of certain things in the token menu, as allowing people to buy a random perk for only 4 points and a monkey bomb for 2 is very cheap.
    anyway, i can't tell you what to do, since it's not my mod, but i can offer my 2 cents worth
    love it and can't wait for the next update.

    Good im glad you like it :)

    As for the tokens, the reason it felt like everything was so cheap is because its balanced for coop where you earn tokens slower and get less of the drops.

    It is balanced for coop because that's what it's made for. If you don't have anything constructive to say please don't post. If you have actual feed back or bugs you find in the mod please let me know. thank you.

    balanced - would mean it works to meet a certain difficulty, regardless of amount of players

    Heh, I'm suppose a bit late to the party, but awesome work on this so far! I love the sheer amount of features, like buying weapon attachments and such. Will hardpoint, when it's released, be playable in singleplayer like Grid Lock 1.3? Or will it be designed completely differently?

    Hardpoint will be designed for coop and solo. One point will spawn at random somewhere in the map. The players will have a few seconds to get to the point and hold it. If someone runs off the point they will have a few seconds to get back on or they will die. dead players respawn if the point is held for a set amount of time.

    This is all subject to change since I haven't actually started work on this mode at this time.
