You might be able to find a copy for sale on ebay or something, other then that no. You can use blender as an alternative though, there is a third party user built plugin made for it designed for importing/exporting xmodels and xanims.

alright thanks do you know any like cod modeling tuts for blender? because i see alot for maya just not blender :/
