Title: Weird shadows
Post by: DeletedUser on June 26, 2013, 06:14:38 pm
Hey guys. I'm making a map and I get those weird shadows (even after extra light compiling). Can anyone help me with that?

EDIT: For the record I'm using Polish retail version.
EDIT2: The only tool brushes I have is the clipping one

usually happens for me when areas aren't detailed. Only way I personally know how to fix is by adding objects and detailing the map. I have tried lots of things including proper world spawn settings, more lights, more reflection probes, I had light grid too. Only way I could get it to work was by detailing the map. If anyone else has a solution that I haven't mentioned feel free.

I was already planning on giving more details but thanks  ;)

Detailing (adding foliage) didn't helped that much. I'm still having shadows where they shouldn't be.

By detailed I didn't mean add like 10 bushes. I would carry on designing your map, add terrain, buildings etc. Just make your map lol
