Nacht Der Untoten Reimagined V2.1
This is the second map I have made, and have spent lots of time on it creating it and fixing bugs. I expanded around the base NDU, adding my own areas, whilst maintaining the original layout and feel of NDU.

VERSION 2 CHANGES:

Removed Dogs due to an issue with animations only showing for the host (Tried for ages to fix this)
Added 2 new weapons
Improved detailing of the whole map (Thanks to help from RadimaX)
V2.0.4 of Harry's Perks, overall improved
Very minor map layout changes (Moved one Mystery Box spawn)
Added automatic turret buyables
Added Claymores
Massively improved Thundergun:
Official light fx added
4th light added
knockdown anims added (Thanks to Sethnorris)
better flinging
Added a new drop, that randomly cycles through powerups
Enforced a 4 perk limit
Added a Random Perk bottle drop
Added an improved Ray Gun Mark 2 Muzzleflash FX
Added an improved Mauser model, with better scope and no hole in the clip (Thanks to Stevie)


BUG FIXES FOR V2:
Fixed a crash resulting from using the Thundergun
Fixed a G-Spawn error from Vulture Aid
Fixed an issue with Vulture Aid causing lag spikes and freezing in Co-op
Fixed an issue where zombies were attracted to Der Wunderfizz after touching the model
Fixed an issue where players respawned after bleeding out with no weapon, and only 1 gun slot
Fixed pathing issues around some perk machines
Fixed an issue where zombies did not go to one of the upstairs windows
Fixed any infinite weapon bugs stemming from Mule Kick
Tuned up weaponfiles, corrected some reload add times
Fixed an issue where box weapons occasionally did not go down until taken
Many other minor bug fixes I forgot :lol:

Well, I had some sad news to bring to this topic, this map has a G-Spawn Error within it.
I was standing within the green mist of Vulture-aid and then i just when poof, G-Spawn
also, I can't seem to find any other perk bottles apart from electric cherry, anyone who can help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated.

From the previews alone this looks really good! I've played a few NDU remakes but this one appears to be the best looking and with the most added features. I very much look forward to playing it :D

Found a Bug:
I had found the DSR on the Box but I did not want and then the box after a while closes but so it is not success,
the box It remained open all the time.

Just started playing it, amazing so far. However, the Double Tap bottle keeps reappearing after i shoot it, and I can't shoot the Mountain Dew or Vulture Aid bottles.

Vulture Aid and Mountain Dew bottles are not part of the game.
It is timed, so when you hear Richtofen laugh, you ran out of time and the game has reset, resulting in double tap respawning

Glad you enjoyed it! :D Can you please tell me more about how you got all guns? Im gonna update the map next week and fix the bugs but I need more info so I know what to fix

The map is great, had fun trying to find all 20 bottles.
Another issue I noticed, was that the hintstring for pack-a-punch doesn't always show up.

10 to PAP, 10 for the Endgame, they honestly aren't that hard to find, they are all either on shelves, boxes or on the floor, none hidden behind stuff or out the map

Yeah ive been noticing this too, really weird as i converted it right. Ill look again

Mule kick let's you have all weapons (possibly because its bams perks)
Zombies tend to stay at the wonderfizz machine
Zombies can occasionally 1 hit you even with jug (treyarch bug)
Mega lagspike when hitting the box
Thundergun occasionally fails to knock back zombies
Some sounds are too quiet to hear and have wrong sounds

Aware of this, clueless as to why though, confirmed that its not caused by the prefab clips and is not happening in my test map, zombies just love fizz apparently lol

Theres also a bug with Double Tap 2.0 not working as it should

The "points" were working, hence my confusion, now the damage works but points dont

for the thundergun, the code is there but pro hasnt added the knockdown anims (Treyarchs does have this, i ported that script)

Why not add ambient sounds for the bottles, for example, have a low-sound snippet from Each perk jingle when you walk past the bottle, if possible

Hey just completed this map and i love it :D. This was my first attempt love the hole bottle mini game thing was really hard and fun :). Keep up the good work cant wait see another remake/remaster of a original map maybe der rise or vurrukt? I saw people posting about mule kick giving you every gun, I couldn't seem to do it so it might be random but here is a pic of my attempt :D.

Yeah i really need to try and find out what conditions cause it, because the function that actually "gives" you the gun should prevent that, obviously it isnt. I would have expected it to fail at giving you a gun at all but apparently quite the opposite lol

Played through the map with four people yesterday and managed to beat it. Great design and it was really fun to play. The only thing I noticed is that when someone in the game gets vulture add everyone lag spikes every few seconds. We thought it was my internet the first time but it happened again the second game when someone bought vulture aid. Also both occurrences were from the wunderfizz(don't know if the regular is fine so just wanted to point it out).

Im glad everyone is enjoying the map, just want to say there is an update in the works that hopefully fixes a lot of the reported bugs, and generally makes the map run smoother

One of the better maps even for its small size it comes Packed, I would concider adding this to the Page1 Screenshots though:

haha no but if you are working on an update get on ugx teamspeak sometime there is alot of more smaller almost insignificant things not worth printscreening that could be fixed if you want to improve it! :)

Downloaded and played the map, without reading anything about the map!
I did not get the PaP unlocked, as I kept hitting the one single bottle, and started to think I had to do 10 rounds shooting the same bloody bottle!
Will get a video uploaded, but all in all, a very enjoyable map and pleased to have played it! Not sure if there is an ending, but I just tried to survive.

The buyable couch debris near the MP40 changes from 750 to 1000 depending on where you're standing. Was this on purpose?

All the perk bottles except Who's Who and Vulture Aid are part of the shooting game, If you are struggling for locations, mxtxm put pictures up a couple pages back into topic, or I added a link to a video showing all locations in the OP

Would have made sense, if all perks in map would have been in bottles and none as decoy :poker:

Made it to round 36 and then I went to use Zeus Cannon and it crashed :'(. It was working earlier in the game. I got a max ammo, switched from my Mark 2 upgraded to the Zeus Cannon, fired immediately and the game crashed. Just thought i'd let you know about this in case it is something you can fix.

This map was beautiful reimagined version of the prototype! BUT! I've noticed tons of bugs and glitched throughout the map. First one, playing as the second player, the dogs tend to glitch through items and slide on the floor.  Also, that a zombie came through a wall on the second floor, not a barrier but a wall, and killed me.

this one gets reported on a lot of maps, no ones particuarly sure what causes it

I used to get it on mine but not anymore, dogs just float about completely static. I would not call that "loads of bugs" though, one anim issue and one pathing issue...

Made it to round 16 playing atm with 9 perks and 3 weapons. I don't see any other bottle as they showed in Youtube video.
Also box is teleported to pap area lol nice.

edit: Ok I figured it out, they're not appearing all together but one by one randomly.

you cant use the console, he has disabled it on purpose

You can activate it in the menu, but when you come out the menu or devmap into the map, itll disable it again

So its a "shitty map" because you cannot cheat on it. I guess you feel the same way about most maps on this site. I guess you feel the same way about Treyarch official maps as well.

Spent an hour and a half searching for those dams bottles but I finally got them all. That time limit killed me man! This map was really good fun, unfortunately I died before I could purchase the ending but life goes on. Nice job on this.

I finished most of the work i had to do to fix up the reported bugs too, so depending on ProRevenges availability, might be a new version up soon, would be cool if those of you who have already played, could try it again when its posted up - as you are the ones reporting the bugs, you can easily tell if my fixes worked :)

I only bought 5 perks before I died: (in order bought) Quick Revive, Jugg, Cherry, Speed,  Vulture aid. I spent 80% of the time walking around the map looking for bottles so it want very intense gameplay lol. I'd be glad to try it again after the update.

Absolutely brilliant map  ;D completed it solo late last night, found all but 2 of the bottles myself ended up having a look at one of relaxing ends view for some help. I didn't have any problems with it crashing and had all the perks . congrats on creating a epic map  8)

Its using a distance check instead of a trigger. Tried using a FOV check from the machine but that didnt work out, gonna go back to using triggers instead

was earily in, i was being overly cautious of the GSpawn error and was still pretty new to GSC scripting when i did that part, ill just run through and change it

he will only fix the existing issues in the next version however i already tried telling the same thing :P all doors plus all perks on round 10 makes you feel like you beat the map already more areas would help it last longer.

I played the map again last night, this time it only took me one try to get the bottles so I had plenty of time to actually play the map and kill zombies. I had all the perks and had PaP'd several weapons and the thundergun and I am happy to say that there were no crashes. I had a lot of fun, even playing for the second time and even was able to buy the ending on round 23. The ending was a bit boring (as most endings are) but still really nice map.


Here are some bugs/recommendations if you ever do an update.

Bugs:

Vulture Aid worked great, but the green stink was questionable at best. Most of the zombies attacked me while standing in the stink and the ones that didn't kinda messed up their pathing after I stepped off the stink. Also, after I stepped off the stink, the green effect on the HUD shader stayed there for a while after (not sure how long exactly).

On the debris near Jugg leading into the mp40 room, the debris has two separate hintstrngs with two separate prices. If you stand a way back from the debris it says 750 but if you move up close to the debris it says it costs 1000.

The pathing behind the window near Jugg got a little messed up when there were a lot of zombies behind it. They got a bit derpy.

Recommendations:

I'm pretty sure the WN in BO1/2 was 3 round burst, correct me if i'm wrong.

I would recommend adding a solo scoreboard as it is pretty easy and it is in the tutorial section.

I would also recommend adding double points nuke/carpenter as it is pretty easy to do and it is in the tutorial section as well.

So, I notice rapidly hitting the "use" key on the cabinet (that originally had the scoped 98K in the original map) will just continue to make it turn until it goes into the floor. Occasionally it will suck you in and you'll get stuck in it while attempting this. Is it intended behavior as some sort of easter egg or simply a bug? I keep dying before I can test just how far I can get it...

The dogs just slide accross the floor and even when you kill them, the non exploding dog's body will just stay standing up. Here is a picture of it from Steam. The second bug is pretty minor but whenever you or an ally goes down, the gunshot sound coming from the pistol is completely silent.

Anyways that is all of the bugs I found so far. Love the map!

Thats not a bug, the mist takes a second to dissipate when you step out of it

same it takes a second before it effects them when you step into it

( then when the zombies logic tries to locate a target again, itll ignore you and go elsewhere, should keep running about until your out of mist )

Its telling you to check the console for the "error" but the console is disabled in this

Great job ProRevenge! I found the COD zombie scene way after WAW came out so I was never all that interested in Nacht Der Untoten, but this version with the expanded areas, new guns and perks in lots of fun. Big thanks!

Now I haven't played any newer maps recently but I saw this and wanted to give it a go, and I don't regret it. Even with the bugs it's still one of my favorite maps ever made, the detail, just everything about it is awesome.  Only thing I would change that's not that big of a deal is the voices, it's weird seeing the crew with those annoying ass verruckt voices, better yet, add the origins models, in hype for "The Giant". Speaking of these remakes, you would be my hero for life if you remade Verruckt and Shi no Numa, Der Reise would be cool but we've got the Giant, but having remakes of all the original maps would be amazing. Keep up the fantastic work :).

Map crashed when i unlocked the ending and was standing in the green mist :(
yea ive fixed the mist now, we just havent updated the download yet. V1.1 soon ;)

Downloaded this map and am still in the middle of my first playthrough, currently on round 32. Really good job, love the atmosphere and attention to detail! I could've bought the buyable ending by now, but I've been wasting all my points on the box because it really doesn't wanna give me the Thundergun...

Unlike seemingly everyone else, I really haven't run into any glitches, save the aforementioned "box stays open even after the weapon lowers back into it" glitch someone mentioned earlier, but even that's not game-breaking as you can just take the weapon and the box will return to normal.

One thing I have noticed, though, is that this map is incredibly easy. First off, the lack of a perk limit (only being able to buy four perks) makes any map easy. Secondly, Vulture-Aid combined with Boomhilda (upgraded Mauser, for those who have never bothered) is completely overpowered. I've been sitting in the Pack a Punch area using Boomhilda to get my kills (one-shot headshots) and then picking up the ammo drops to ensure that Boomhilda always remains at near-full ammo. I can't imagine how much easier this would be if I had the Thundergun.

Awesome map, really having fun with it, but certainly not a challenge ;)

Ive adjusted the drop rate so ammo is rarer now, tbf though it only drops 1 bullet for the mauser at a time ( 10% of a clip or 1, whichever is greater )

I've been getting 5 bullets per drop, which fits with the formula you just stated since Boomhilda's clip size is 50, 10% of 50 is 5. And 5 bullets for Boomhilda is a lot, since 1 bullet can kill 3 or 4 zombies. Still, after playing a bit more I think I judged the difficulty a bit too early.

I kept playing until the game crashed on round 36 (no idea what triggered this). I found that the difficulty was actually pretty balanced as I got further into the 30s, since you have to actually pick up the bullets in order to get them, easier said than done in a tight area like this, especially with the mid-round Hellhounds. The faster spawns as the rounds get higher also make this more difficult. Also I finally did get the Thundergun and noticed that Vulture-Aid drops don't refill it, so that's good difficulty scaling. Overall, I'd say camping the Pack-a-Punch is still a viable strategy into higher rounds, but is by no means "too easy". I'll definitely be playing this map again soon :D

As you can probably tell, I forgot it has 50 to a clip lol, I can reduce that if need be, but i did reduce the bullet drops so they are much rarer now. 1 - in 36, but pro might tweak that a little more

Yeah blocking vulture from refilling the TG was Pros idea too, he said would be waaay OP otherwise

As for the hard to pick up the vulture drops in higher rounds - this was actually my counter argument to having the drops just reward nothing to certain guns - as i was worried people will just assume its a bug and "randomly" not refilling or something

In anycase ive improved the system for all this in such a way that pro can now tweak it just by changing a few variables, so I expect the next release to be a solid one ;)

Um, the game was running great around 15 rounds. After the dogs round I found that the map started to lag so much.
It freeze my screen. But the game is still running and I lose. Is there anyone else have a same problem?  :derp:

probably caused by the vulture mist bug, Ive fixed it already

I didn't read the previous pages so, some of my recommendations are probably already posted.


First of all, that's a great map! I rarely see a map which I want to play again and again for try my best... actually 46 rounds   (:facepalm:) for some reasons that I will quote.

These problems I've seen can be separate in two sections: Technical problems/bugs that should be necessarily patched and design/balancing negligence.

Technical:
-In co-op, the clients don't see the animations of the dogs.
-Killing a large pack with the upgraded Thundergun commonly makes the game crashing. This isn't relative to the dogs. I got this error with zombies only.
-The map needs a huge patch of "invisible walls" to smooth the angles. We are stuck almost everywhere.
-In co-op (not tested in solo) when the players have Vulture aid, a lot of freezes happens. I'm not sure this depends of vulture, but it happened in the only game we bought it.
-In co-op, the zombies seems to ignore the Z axis. Example: I'm on the first floor at mule kick's room, my teammate have all the zombies in the first room. He go to the MP40's room, and a lot of zombies comes to me.
-When a player hurt the box, the wunderfizz, or a perk machine, the zombies comes to it.

Design:
I know this part will probably be abandoned because its based on advices thus more subjective, but consider this as a tip gived by an experimented player in high rounds (especially for finding technics). This part of the message is also for other mappers who wants to improve their map for the high rounds, you can contact me if you need a beta tester.

There is just one problem on your map with the design: the box locations. This is a Shangri-La themed map for the high rounds (like a lot of maps, because it's the most simple "weapon style" map): Exploit the zones for a good spawn, killing packed 24/25 zombies with the wonder weapon, and when the gun is out of ammo, it's time to recycle it in the box with a complete horde of zombies next to the player. The box locations of Shangri-La are the best example for illustrate how the rooms must be designed with the box. For those who says a map becomes unskilled if there are always a way to don't being killed, I would answer, this game isn't a try and die, and the difficulty is brought by the manipulation of the risk/reward connection - Yes, this can be applied to a suicidal way to continue, or waiting the zombies dies by themselves but the objective is to set a "playable" way to play the map.

So, there are the precise problems with the box:
-The places next to the power switch and the pack-a-punch should be removed for an obvious reason.
-The box location next to mule kick isn't unplayable, but very risky. The only way to recycle here would be to take away the zombies, but the debris next to mule kick shoud be opened, and it's important to keep it closed for some reasons... spawn contr... ahem camping till 40... But I think that room is abandoned compared to the others, probably the place where you spend as little time when mapping. Maybe revise the organization of the obstacles could improve it.

Also, if you want to add a place for the box, the first room (a bit lack of features for his size) could take it in. This is a suggestion of the place:

Fizz attracting zombies is fixed
Co op Dog Animations are fixed
Afaik Thundergun crash is fixed.

Update should be out later on today or tomorrow, I just need to do final testing.

Also, I chose to include box locations where they are to keep trading in mid round challenging. Some easy spots like MP40 room or Outside, whilst there are some impossible to trade ones like COTD top of lighthouse. To give more of an incentive to manage ammo, and trade at the end of rounds, deciding whether you need to trade Thunder, Ray or Both.

Once again, im glad someone else but me plays for high rounds :D

I'm starting a new challenge for this map, it's called the 'BO2 sniper Challenge' which is basically a pistol and Sniper rifles only, but the catch is, you can only use your pistol for:
1) it's the mauser before upgrading (as it will do jack squat)
2) your out of Sniper Rifle Ammo mid-round
3) if you do a 'switch' (when you get a hitmarker/10 points then you pull out your sidearm and finish off the enemy/zombie)
You can use the Ray Gun (not Mark 2) as it is considered a pistol, unlike the mark 2, which isn't one
On a side note, I cannot wait for the patch, doing this challenge without DT2.0 is harder as the ballista does jack diddly squat at times, it may still do the job, but it'd be better with it.
Let me know if anyone does this challenge and completes the map doing so

I think you are missing the perk on the stairs where the bowie knife it on the ledge. If its not that one its the one on the boxes in speed cola room.

The button works, lots of maps decide not to add it, so you do need to use the console, but you can click solo to play no console needed

I'm not so surprised to see you plays high rounds. The shape of some areas suggest it.

About the boxes, I've made some others tests. It's appear these two locations in the vulture room are tradables. For the PaP's box it's possible to hit it if you keep the zombies in the circular area at the enter of the room, and for the box near the power switch, there is two ways: The first (and safe is to keep closed the stairs between speed cola and the mp40, bring the zombies as far as possible in the speed cola room, and run to the box. One try with the box is possible with this long and boring technic, like the top of lighthouse in COTD if you run to it from the AK74u room. I don't know how some people have the motivation to play this map  for 50+ hours for spending more time with the box than killing the zombies. The other way is to simply go to the box, hit it, let the zombies enter in the room, and you will be able to go out if the pathfinding of the zombies don't troll you. when they are back to the vulture area, you can run for the weapon, and try again the box. It's very risky and we must don't forget there is no crossbow for help the player on this map.

I don't know what you mean about the ray gun. Maybe did I don't understand correctly the sense of your sentence due to my bad english understanding (unless you mean 40-50 for high rounds  :troll:), but there is no utility to just recycle the ray gun in high rounds. Also, if the player kill correctly his 1008 zombies with an entire thundergun, it will be not necessary to recycle in a middle round till 104-105.


For the technical problems, I've seen you fixed the wunderfizz. What's about the box? The zombies seems to be commonly stucked at the original area of the box but I've not noticed this problem at the others locations

Sometimes, I dont' realize how irritating I am with some insignificants details for other people  :D

Great Map!   :D I was trying to complete the map solo and was racking up points for the buyable ending. Before i was able to buy the ending my game chrashed while using the Zeus Cannon. Please look into this but other than that Good map!  :D

I am playing and I kept on hearing the 'teddy bear sound', but looked around and saw nothing. I saw how to unlock PAP but I couldn't find any of the bottles. How do I unlock the minigame??

Also, a weird arm appears when you go prone and it doesn't look that great.

Other than that a good map. But please, can somebody explain why I see 0 bottles (except for vulture aid and mountain dew) on solo?

I believe only 1 appears at a time, and there is a timer, if the timer runs out, the laugh happens and the game resets

Hmm weird, I saw only the vulture aid bottle but I looked around the map and couldn't find any other one. Also why PHD troll, me no happy  :alone:

PHD can still be obtained, From Wunderfizz, which is my justification for the troll, doing it and NOT adding the perk is dick move lol.

Check the video in the OP for the bottle locations, and check each one, they appear in a random order, but locations stay the same, so one of the locations will definitely have a bottle, check each one, and eventually you will find it, shoot it, and repeat until you find them all :)

Does the order change every game, but not every time you shoot the first bottle if I'm correct (something similar to the red digging spots in Origins)?

Yes the order changes each GAME, but doesn't change each ATTEMPT, so if you fail and they reset, the order is the same.
Vulture Aid is not part of the game, I will remove it in the update being as it is causing so much confusion lol

 :'( :'( :'( the map is really well done i give you props on that,but the thing i get frustrated about your map is the bottles..... every time i find 3 or 4 they get really hard to find.. i know all the spots the spawn but they arent there and i always have to restart bc i cant see the time and any of the bottles ... nice way to open pap and a ending but really difficult to do... but nice job on the map :) :) :)

I finally figured out the deal with perk bottles a few nights ago and I am a moron lol because I thought it was like another map I played where you had to find them all but this one was timed and the random locations I really liked keep up the work and please make a Der Riese map

Best Thundergun animations I've seen on WAW. Probably the best "weapon map".
The dogs are huge loss. They was a good challlenge to manage the spawn delay, making the map a bit harder.

I've seen a problem during some tests. In solo, when you get revived for the third time, you get a G_Spawn :(

Question, I don't think DT 2.0 was put in this update.
This is because on around round 14/15, the B23R was 2 burst headshotting zombies (I was doing my Sniper Challenge on this version), and, after I went down, on about round 18/19, it was still a 2 burst to the head, or something like it. I can't honestly say all shot were hitting, as I was lagging a little bit, but it really didn't do much.
also, we discovered a jumpspot in the doorway to power and PAP.

All he did was jump into the entry and it just happened, I'll have to dig a little deeper, but that's the jist of it.
anyway, was still fun, no doubt, just a little curious.

I honestly dont know how thats there, there are no clips or anything, but if zombies can hit you out of it there is no reason for me to reupload, Double Tap 2 is in there, for sure, im just not sure how it affects 3 burst weapons

EDIT: I tried to replicate your bug by the PAP corridor, couldn't do it, I tried jumping at it from all different angles, different speeds, I wasn't getting stuck at all

I must have disabled that line about 6 times throughout making this map, how it re-enables itself I don't know, ill look into it and if getting out of the map is happening lots on downing, ill look into it, are you outright teleporting? or what, how is it putting you out of the map?

EDIT: commented that line, let me know anything else small I can fix, Ill re upload tonight I guess, anything I can fix I will, but after this update that's it

The game seems to find a good place to set me when I'm downed, but if there is no place, I'm set upper.

As other small thing to update, smoothing the walls like the original NDU (on BO1) would be nice.

If you want to test something in a coop game (especially about the AI), I'm actually on WAW, so you can invite me.

Hi, love this map been playing v1 for a while now, i just installed v2 and found a bug in start room when you dolphin dive off the high point of the pile of dirt near quick revive, you get stuck and cant move anymore.

Ok so i found new bug, on the first room. I jump to buy the Bowie Knife, and i found glitch spot, but it isn't dramatic because zombie hit you look my video :

No you cannot get that high just by jumping mid-air. I was completely stuck in that position and I didnt do anything special to get into it I just jumped and glitched inside the wall. I have been unable to do it again though, and I have been trying to do what I remember doing at the time.

Ive added the fixed mega link, mediafire will be there shortly, was a 2 minute job to fix, as when you make a new map, it changes main.menu to have the solo button do "map MAPNAME" so it was set to my new map's name, so pressing it did that command and didn't launch the map, where I now changed it to "map Nacht_Reimagined" so it works :)

EDIT: Mediafire V2.1 new link added - No more updates from now on

I really like this map. One of my top 5 2015 maps so far. Seriously, this is the way how a REMAKE have to be: new perks, new guns, adding a easter egg, and the most important thing, adding NEW areas. NDU Reimagined definitely should be in UGX Map Manager.

I see other NDU W.I.P. here, but trust me, i will still be prefering this one. Just one more thing; You should work on lights before release the final version, worth on this amazing remake.

You can quite easily get more than 4 perks, when the powerup with the blue glow drops, watch its cycle, there is a Random Perk Bottle that is part of the rotation.

Very good, like the new additions and details, but the perk symbols have low res and don't look as good as the default bo2 perks. I like the creativity, but it just bothers me with low res perk emblems on my screen and kinda ugly lookin perks. No offense. Also, I have a very low fps and lag spike problem on solo. Not sure if it's just me, or others are getting it too. Probably me tho. I also like the perk limit on it. Altho it's a pain to choose what perk you want. Good wrk on the map tho! just had to let you know about what issues I have with it  :P

Perk Shaders are infact higher res - optimised BO2 shaders, so I have NO idea what you are talking about?

For starts the BO2 deadshot and PHD shaders are very low res, if anything these 2 are noticeably improved

Played the map again with the new update and I found no bugs! Even after playing this map 4 different times, I still really enjoyed it. I like how you handled getting extra perks by getting them from cycling power-ups. I could have beaten it around round 18 but I wanted to get all the perks and I PaP'd like 7 weapons for the hell of it lol. Great map, and I cant wait to see what you make in the future.

I noticed a few bugs and glitches while playing.
1: The upgraded MG36's sight is pure pink
2: I got a G-Spawn error after getting down on the Stairs by the buyable ending
3: While playing co-op my friend strangely went invisible for no reason until the end of the game

Im only about 60% the way through mapping, and havent even touched any other aspect of it

tis a big map, with lots of details and stuff in it, takes a long time

gspawn is never 100% avoidable

but we wont be updating this any further im afraid, I already looked into Gspawn a hundred times ;)

I had this bug where I couldn't buy any perks when I bought 4 total.  I went down and was picked up with no perks and I was able to buy perks again but it wouldn't let me buy more than 4 perks again.  Also, the RelaxingEnd's location's aren't exactly right because of the movements in the game you tweaked XD

Thats because there is now a 4 perk limit, read the OP, and read the last few posts to find out how to get more than 4 perks


Bottle locations are only moved VERY slightly to accomadate map changes, they are never more than 1ft from their original spot, IIRC, only 2 were moved slightly

This is seriously my favorite custom zombie map ever created! I always play it non stop! Im waiting on a few friends to come and join me on it so i can complete the ending and then upload it to YouTube. I would love to see Reimagined versions for the other default maps. I would probably play them all the time like I do with this one.

Keep up the good work man! Never stop making them, This one is seriously great!

the random drop, that is a constantly changing powerup drop has a very small chance of being a perk bottle. You need to wait till you see it before grabbing the powerup

How many bottles are there to find in 2.1 Nacht Reimagined (so far I only discovered around 5-6 bottles)? I cannot seem to find them all. Anyone mind sharing their locations?

There Is No Decryption Key, The Reason It Asks For One Is Because The URL For The Download Page Has An Odd Looking Line Break HTML Tag In It (It Looks Like This: "
" ). Just Remove That From The End Of The URL And Reload The Page, You'll Then Be Able To Download The Map.

As For My Post, This Map Is Absolutely Fantastic, Had A Blast Exploring And Killing In A New Nacht Der Untoten. Managed To Do The Easter Egg (My First Bottle Was Deadshot Daquiri, Making Me Look At the Screenshot For It As I Couldn't See It, I'm So Blind :P), Get All The Perks And Buy The Ending On Round 28 :D

My Only Gripe With This Map Is Its Menu, For Me It's Just A Red Screen With No Text Or Mouse Pointer (Same With The Loading Screen), Which Only Fixes Itself Once The Game Has Started. As You Can Imagine, This Makes It Incredibly Difficult To Actually Start The Game (Accidentally Closed WAW The First Time I Tried xD). Is There Possibly A Fix For This I Can Do? Because I Adore This Map, But Playing Hide And Seek With The Menu Is A Bit Annoying :P

Alright, I Deleted The Map And Installer, Redownloaded The Installer And Reinstalled The Map. Same Problem Occurs, Even Though My Other Downloaded Maps Have Perfectly Fine Menus. I Have No Doubt That The Menu Actually Works Fine, But It Isn't For Me. I'll Post A Screenshot Of The Menu Below So You Can See. Also, You May Want To Have a Look At Your Download Links, Because The Mega Link Asks For A Decrytption Key If the URL Isn't Edited (Removal Of A HTML Line Break Tag) And The Mediafire Link Just Doesn't Work (Just A Suggestion, Since Neither Are Really Working Well).

The Mediafire Link Has Miraculously Started Working Now :P And Deleting And Redownloading From Mediafire (Before Was Downloading From Mega) Has Fixed The Menu Issue :D But Just To Let You Know, The Mega Link Still Asks For A Decryption Key When Loaded Because The Line Break Tag Is Still In The URL. Not Sure If There's A Way To Fix It Though As I Fear That The Button Is The Actual Cause For The Messed Up URL (I Could be Wrong, I'm Honestly Not Sure, Just Giving My Input In Case It Helps). Anyways, Thanks For The Amazing Map And For Getting The Medifire Link Up And Running Again :)

To unlock that barrier, you have to find the somewhat hidden perk bottles scattered around the map and shoot them. Note that you have to shoot them in order, the next one won't appear until you shoot the previous one. There's ten in total, and a time limit of (I think three minutes) until it resets and you have to try again. I recommend making a crawler and hunting them down. BTW, you'll know when the time is up and they reset when Richtofen laughs.

After that's done and the PaP is unlocked, there's a second version of the perk bottle minigame but you have to shoot them with an upgraded gun(I think) and they are much harder to find IMO.

That's where you need to choose which perk to use, the same can be said for Treyarch's previous maps that did not offer a mean to obtain more than 4 despite.

The perk limit seems to be a 50/50 thing among the community, however I feel a means should be offered such as an in-game easter egg or obtainable to obtain more than 4 perks. :)

The perk limit seems to be a 50/50 thing among the community, however I feel a means should be offered such as an in-game easter egg or obtainable to obtain more than 4 perks. :)

So do I. It's not that I don't understand the reason behind a perk limit, but it shouldn't be locked. Like you said, there should be a way to raise the limit, in game.  :P

no, there is a way to get extra, while retaining a 4 "buy" limit

this is the same logic as used in "most" of treyarchs maps ( random spawning perk bottles, bottle rewards from chests, EE rewards etc )

the only map i can think of that allowed you to actually get extra slots was origins, even then was capped at 8 when there were 9 perks

the "reason" - is to stay true to the way "Treyarchs" zombies is

Loved the map, it's amazing! One thing i most love is the "Unstuck zombie" Because, we all hate this fucking zombies stucking in you, it's almost an instant Down, all the next maps needs to have this system.

Did you download V2.1? It was fixed in that version as far as I know

Decided to get a mod to lock this topic, the map has been out long enough and almost any question that could be asked has been answered somewhere in the topic. (Don't want another Dome :please: )

The map download is on Page 1, in the first post
To get to PAP, you find the perk bottles, read the first few pages for help with that, and theres a video on the OP
If G-Spawn happens, its using an outdated version of Harry's perks, its fixed in recent versions, but im not updating this map.
Anything else, try reading the replies already posted, your question has probably already been answered
