Title: [Manager] Shinra Ops (Classic & UGX Edition)

This map can be downloaded from the UGX Map Manager.

This map has two editions - a classic WaW weapon edition, and a UGX Mod Edition. Both are available in the UGX Map Manager. The UGX Mod Edition has a 17k buyable ending and a few changes to the map layout.

You might have seen this map posted here before, but I removed it for personal matter. Anyway, I added few things to it and wants to share it again.

Features:
-Some BO ported weapons.
-Extreme Conditioning Perk.

Wow, the style of this map looks really interesting. Can't say I've seen anything else like it from the community before.

Someone tell me if this should be in the Manager.

I've played it a lot and it gets my vote, but where is Saje? If there's an issue with a map he can find it.

Ok I Checked out the map and its pretty good. I enjoyed the fact that you had to stay on your toes, Cannot camp very well and also cant train very well. The detail was nice too, I was able to play and enjoy the scenery. As far as glitches/errors go but I do have some "warnings" I guess you could say that I would like to bring up:

This spawner is so close to the outside wall you can see the window boards fly out the wall.

Might be a good thing to touch up the clipping here, although it might not seem as a problem, if a zombie hits you at the wrong time you might end up inside or on top of the clip depending on how its placed.

These edges can get you caught really easily and if you are running a train that means game over.

Kinda annoys me that sniper bolt clipped the power in his tutorial map but not in his prefab. I would just add a clip to the power inside the prefab so whenever you place a power switch it will always be clipped in case you forget.

Really easy for my to get on these tables here, just a simple clip touch up would do the trick.

A round stair case would be nice here, only real issue I found with the map.

Sorry if I came on a little harsh, but it was a nice map, keep it up :)

Defiantly manager material ;) . Paths are nice and map is fun with no big concerns.

Click the UGX Map Manager link in the first post. It will take you to the UGX Map Manager forum topic. Download the UGX Map Manager, and using that program you can access many maps, including this one.

Very good, like bit little Kino :D

You can make better design texture (more realistic)... but very nice map I love this!

dont know why i have never played this map but now that it has been updated it gives me more of an incentive to play it

Yeah, some people appreciate being able to play a map with the classic World at War weapon arsenal - the rest of us are totally sick of it :D

Since you released both, I figured both should be accessible. Thanks for taking the time to revisit the map! Really hope you will revisit Kino der Toten soon as well ;)

lol yeah, most maps I play have custom weapons.

As for Kino der Toten, I am working on it...
Hopefully will release it with UGX v1.1 ;)

Can I ask... does the map have more perks now, or is it still the stock perks?

The Classic one has extreme conditioning, and the UGX one has the 4 original perks.

Ah... it's been sooooooo long since I played Shinra, I couldn't remember what perks where on it. Thanks man.

I love this map. If you won't open door next to PaP you can camp easily. :troll:
