Map looks great from what I saw, a few slight little things but other then that It was pretty fun. Also I must say the teleport area looks amazing, the effect it gives is fantastic. here's a couple of things to look at though:
First its just a little unrealistic how they walk through no-collide walls.

These two models textures are overlapping causing that gitter effect between textures.

I see you tried to clip this rock here, might wanna move it back just a little as I can get on the back of it.

For this it would be good to use the clipper tool to cut a square out under the middle of it, that way the brush doesn't stick through the bottom

Also as for the black ops weapons they are very nice and add another gameplay element into the map which is good, but I would suggest using those weapons default sprint animation as the one that is currently being used is changing the look of scale on the gun. Treyarch usually just zooms in or out how close the gun is to the face to make it look bigger or smaller.
I definitely would like to see this on the manager, The paths are fine and the map looks great.
I didn't find anything game-breaking(as of yet anyway), but i did notice a few things:
Some textures aren't aligned to other textures:

All of the blockers are just brushes, and should probably be swapped out with models.
The texture here should probably be the same as the rest of the wall textures:

It's possible to fall off certain areas in the map into a pit, where you instantly die... I think this should be removed and the sides should just be clipped.
Some weapons are missing sounds(Uzi empty reload for example), and are missing crosshairs.
The hellhound spawn FX plays in the wrong location sometimes, while the dog spawns somewhere else in the map.
I wouldn't recommend adding it to the manager until some if not all of the issues that i mentioned are fixed.
I don't know if its a bug or intentional but some maps only shows up if you click the "show all map versions" tab. You can't find it on the new map versions list.
