Title: Board Walk

Was having trouble making West Town something id want to release. Started this today. Probably going to be pretty small like a NukeTown. Will add the features that were in North Company. Just a little something for summer  8) Planning on a single UGX Mod release.

Black Ops 1 Perks
Electric Cherry
Custom Perks (Grav-A-Rita, Porter Punch)
Parkour Zombies (BO jump and climb traverses)
Sky Rail
Some sort of launcher
COtD style slide

From the title I was excited thinking maybe a 'Boardwalk Empire' type themed map... :-\

Looks good already   :rainbow: since this map is a boardwalk could you do something like a boat as the gondola from north company? You could also have pirate ships or something be a buy able trap and attacks the zombies with cannons that shoot moderately fast and are deadly. :D

hmm well the boat would have to stay in the water, thus wouldnt encapsulate the map. And its not really a pirate time frame but hey im not planning on taking this map too seriously so we'll see  :P

Layouts looking like the parking lot (divided up with cars, the fountain, and misc destruction), 4 buildings (Taffy store, a Crab shack, skate/surf shop with a small skatepark, and idk the 4th), and the beach. The buildings will be connected by holes in the wall/their overhangs.

keep the ideas coming! will probably post some nice updates after my exam Wednesday

I typed "Boardwark" and "fun" into google and it pulls up some interesting things.
-What about a funhouse building with clown zombies.
-Maybe add a roller-coaster either for transportation or as a buyable trap to kill zombies with.
-Maybe instead of drops falling anywhere on the map the fountain in the middle shoots them up into the air where they stay suspended until they disappear and players must use a device that throws you through the air from one side to the other and grab the drop on your way over the map.

Cars on a parking lot, VERY unrealistic

Thanks man! Focusing on structure and mechanics first (but not going to let detail get too far behind). Wasnt sure what my 4th building would be, but then I went to SkyZone over the weekend  ;D so I gots some mechanics to work on. Detail level will be similar to Titan

Looking really good.  8) You should also add somethinng like the tidal wave like in the Advance Warfare map Defender. That would be cool. Definitely keeping my eye on this, I use to love going on the board work when I was younger.

thanks man! been busy (last 2 weeks of my 4th year (out of 5) of college). have found some hours here and there. started working on a skatepark despite PacSun being more about fasion than skating :p

Times would be even more fun with a box location and a way to lock the box (beast mode, 3 weapons, change everytime and packapunch lol)
