MakeCents Mod Tools, a few tools made to help those that have helped me. Most are console tools, where you just drag and drop and name the file. The We-Pack Extractor has a gui. (Click the name of the tool to download it)

WE-PACK EXTRACTOR

 - Copies custom weapons or custom xmodels, and everything included, from your raw folder into a easy to share format
 - v2.03 Release version (Version number in settings and instructions text files)
 - v2.04 (7-20-15) fixed find aliases to grab sounds on first try instead of second
 - v2.05 (10-8-15)see comments, added map file support (Will extract models from map files) and manual text file support.
 - v2.06 fixed map feature, was missing some models
 - v2.07 (11-30-15) modified how it gets the model name in the map feature, and made it alphabetize the list
 - v2.08 fixed that it didn't get ## random sounds, and modified how it got models again, cause I lost v2.07 in pc change

Find in File Tool is basically same thing as Sublime Text 2? :P

Find in file tool searches a folder of files for a keyword and prints the file names that include that keyword to the console. Sublime Text 2 is much better for listing everything, if you use Sublime that is. I love it myself too, lol. Of course, sometimes, I just want to see the files it is included in. Then I read over the scripts more, eh, too each there own though, lol.

That's great man! Glad to hear it.

My favorite is the csv maker. Since people have been helping us with custom guns and zombies, and other stuff,  on orbit, it makes getting all that together faster and neater for me, for the rare occasions that a dl doesn't come with a mod.csv instructions that is.

I'm making another little tool soon that takes a set of files from a weapon dl, and sets up what I call easy add folders. It makes a raw folder, puts all of the folders/files in there, and then makes a mods/mapname/ folder and puts the images, weapons, and sounds over in it, then makes the csv in a zone_source folder. Then you just copy those folders to root and add the one or two lines it tells you to, in your mod.csv. Just makes it quicker for me than right click - make folder, blah blah, back and forth between folders, lol.

Updated the mod_include tool. Fixed mistakes and added new features to put everything in a folder, check for more things, and be more helpful if not doing something right.

Added We-Pack Extractor. Copy out your custom weapons and custom xmodels, and everything included, from your raw folder with a couple clicks. Instructions and settings file included.
Will look and copy the following applicable info from the weapon file or xmodel:
 - models
 - xanims
 - fx
 - materials
 - material_properties
 - sounds
 - aliases
 - xmodelparts
 - xmodelsurfs
 - images
 - weapons

Here is the tool in action, in the first 15 seconds of this vid, it grabs everything needed for seven to share is halo magnums

Since so many dl'd the fx tool, I decided to update it with the ability to drag your fx that you want to combine onto one, and it will create the combined fx file in the folder you drug the fx files from. It will still work the old way too. I also added a bo1 to waw to bo1 xanim drag and drop converter. If anyone uses that let me know if it is working right, thanks.

I also made a gui for the we-pack extractor, found here,

Well, you can do that just by starting a new one or even keeping a template, but it does give me an idea for possibly making it easier to make a gdt, from one or multiple images, of different type gdts, like effects or shaders or image for radiant... Maybe one day, when I get time for that again.

Not sure what your are saying. I'm no anim guy. This program was made for someone, like most my programs, and I just made it do what they wanted it to do, which is batch change the first HexCode back and forth, \x11 to \x13 or \x13 to \x11, depending on the anim.

So I finally tried out the Xanim converter and I get this when using them:

Anims I converted were BO1 PPSh anims. I just added the sprint ones and Im still getting this

You are correct sir. It just changes hex code from 10 to 13 and the other way. A tool for someone else, that has caused enough confusion now and will be deleted. Thanks, and sorry for the confusion.

Another update for the We-Pack, to v2.05

- Now there are two new subfolders in the We-Pack folder
    - maps
    - manual

Maps - Add map files to this folder and check the maps checkbox in the Extract section to export all the models from a map file and prefabs in the map file (Warning, hundreds of models could take minutes to extract)
Manual - Gives you three text files to manually add  a list of items to extract, select manual checkbox in Extract section


 - Also fixed remove item button

Tried using the GDT Combiner but seems to not work every time, I was able to grab a screenshot before it closed:

Hmm, been a long time since I made that. Can you send me the gdt, I just made it work for the gdts I was given atm. I don't think they had anims in them. I'll see about fixing it this week. In the mean time, you should be able to combine other gdts, then just copy those ones with anims in manually.

I think an old copy of the tool might have gotten into the last upload I did, but just to make sure I edited the program to work for all gdf's. I'm not really sure why I didn't do that originally, hopefully it wasn't a good reason why, lol. If you want to let me know if it worked, I would appreciate it. (Be sure to back up files first or work in separate directory as always.) The correct tool should have drag capabilities, where you just select all the gdts and drag them over top of the exe and it will run for those files.

Edit: I did just notice a bug with doing it this way, and remember why now, lol, if you have different types with the same name it will only bring one over. I will work on an update for v1.3.

Edit: Okay, v1.3, everything should be fixed now. Please let me know if you notice any other bugs. Thanks!

Lol, super funny right there. Is that when you click Include Folders: maps checkbox? If so, can I have a piece of that map file where the angles are to test why? If not, then what are the settings? And is this v2.06? Screen shot prob of whole thing would help. I never ran into this error, but would be happy to fix it.

It's the newest version and yes, that's when I check the include folders: maps checkbox

Thanks for the report. I will to try to reproduce the error, but have yet to be able to. I have tried it on prefabs and map files but I am unable to reproduce that error at this time.  :( If anyone else is experiencing this and can send me that part of the map file that is bringing over the angles, maybe I can see why it is doing it in your case.

We-Pack update
 - v2.07 (11-30-15) modified how it gets the model name in the map feature, and made it alphabetize the list

Updated with instructional video for We-Pack, v2.08. There is also a beta for v2.09 on my youtube channel/video, that has some tweaks and also gives the option to comment out the xanims when you create a csv in zone_source for it.

Hey MadGaz, I am trying to find where to download the Banana Colada perk & BO3 Slide mods that way I can use it on a map I am making for my Senior Project. Sadly though I can't find it and google is not helping me lol. Can you please inform me on where to download it?
