Title: Board Configuration Changes

Since UGX no longer has any active work-in-progress projects or threads, I've decided it makes more sense to merge the Non-UGX and UGX project sections into one section for everyone to use. Therefore the "Non-UGX Projects" subsection has been deleted and all topics were moved to "Zombie Maps". I have given topic posting privilege to each project board.
