I wanna add animation to a weapons in blender, somebody can help me?

I dont even wanna think about doing weapon anims in blender xD. although im fairly sure its very similar to maya.

save it as a .OBJ

Fail .obj doesnt support bones lol.

google for a converter that converts blender files to .fbx, .ma or .mb files.

If only every 3d tool would support .fbx, life would be easy as shit.
