Title: UGX-Mods site will participate in the Battle for Net Neutrality on 9/10

I support. I just don't like that they happened to pick tomorrow as when they will do all this. Still, it's a worth cause.

Well at least 90% of the sites are just displaying what could happen if your internet was slowed down, not actually slowing it down. UGX will not load any faster or slower than it does right now, this popup is simply an illustration to get the point across to people who may not understand how annoying a loading period could actually be.
