Any of these topics could contain info that spoils the plot for anyone who hasn't watched the episode yet. As a precacution I would suggest against readying any threads about episodes that you haven't already seen.

Sheldon: "So, have you seen the episode, where Lori dies"?
Leonard: "(gives a look of disappointment)"
Sheldon: "Or maybe she doesn't"
