Hey Everyone!
         I've decided to create a Black Ops II Mod For Zombies!!! It will take a while as I just began the mod!
Here are some of the features I'm adding to the mod

IF YOU WANT THE MOD WHEN IT IS RELEASED, THE MAP CAN NOT ALREADY BE CREATED! I AM EVENTUALLY MAKING A SCRIPT PLACER FOR THE MOD!

whilst its up to you, we have a black ops 1 mod from jbird which makes this pointless however no-one has done a BO2 mod yet

he wont release it publicly as he doesnt want noobs putting it on their box maps potentially giving him a bad name, he may release privately to decent mappers who know what they're doing

lol this won't happen to me and I don't care if i get a bad name lol I mean I've made 1 map and to you, you will say it is garbage! So i know for a fact he wouldn't give it to me so i just want to give it to the people who have a hard time mapping and want BO guns and perks easily!  ;)

Im laughing at how he is going to make every single little thing from scratch when he could just put them in FF files to make it legal like the ugx mod or bamskaters add ons :P

I just said, its legal if you put them in an FF file (which cant be opened to extract models)

How are you 'porting' the BO2 guns? Do you have anims for them all or are you planning on animating them all yourself?

And I'm still waiting on the pic of the PDW you modelled youself.

For Some Guns I will use Cod Animations but for others I will use custom anims. You will just have to wait and see...

One thing that would be cool is if you were able to add the actual buildables from bo2, I've yet to see anyone do those. Although idk if that's even possible or not

What he means is add the actual building bench to waw (Which is so easy anyone with Bo2 can do it lol) but i'm going to add it in the second version because I am releasing weapons and perks first as buildables could be an add on

I reckon you implement 2 sniper rifles: The XPR-50 and the DSR-50 (to keep with the trend of a semi auto and bolt action snipers) Also you may need a semi auto shotty and and a pump action one (and maybe a full-auto one if you feel so inclined). You catch my drift, hopefully. These trends have been set ever since Black ops when they had the Dragunov and the L96A1, the SPAS-12, HS10 and the stakeout). This proving my point as well as why you should implement this trend.

I may have to postpone the mod til next month which shouldn't be much of a big deal since ugx-mod is taking a while to finish 1.1... I will still port weapons this month but I will not be posting updates til next month! thx everyone!

I'm not sure if you plan on doing this, but keep in mind that you may also have to check the stats for each weapon so that it's properly balanced...

If you DO plan on doing that (which I hope), it may be a bit harder for you to check the stats for weapons that weren't in BO2 zombies

There's an easy way to check that actually, well it's an unconventional method to say the least. There's a T6 client a couple of people I know are doing, I'll edit the GSC parser for ZM and output all damage logs with the weapon relative. If someone wants it at least, it seems like a little fun project :P

I'm just hope that you do a kind of backup to your files, because for some weird reason, almost the mappers lost the progress when do this kind of things, because a kind of virus or something about ( El virus de la flojera, tal vez  ::) ).

Btw, the mod features sounds very good. I like the idea to do a BO2 mod. Maybe you can add a kind of hidden/special features to the mod, like Battlefield/COD Ghosts/COD Advanced Warfare guns. Just a suggest.

Not yet, but the mod progress is 2% so maybe we will have the release in a year or something, So in that far, the Treyarch's COD will be in Progress too. :troll:

There's an easy way to check that actually, well it's an unconventional method to say the least. There's a T6 client a couple of people I know are doing, I'll edit the GSC parser for ZM and output all damage logs with the weapon relative. If someone wants it at least, it seems like a little fun project :P


I would be interested in that if you dont mind sending it my way ;)

Do what UGX is doing and release the mod with the fake Dual wield. Then when you fixed the actual dual wield release a 2.0 version.

SUGGESTION: Will there actually be BO2 Perks too?

Don't mean to sound like a complete dick, but i think that if he was going to do a black op 2 mod, he would know what weapons belonged to it, therefore, making him have an idea already of what's in the game itself. Case in point, this list wasn't needed.

I've started to go away from zombies to get used to other things such as iOS app making and creating games for PS4/Xbox One. I'm coming back to zombies now because I love the feel for it and I love to help people. I didnt mean to sound that mean, but im not gonna go lying about it saying it could be amazing, i dont remember seeing any weapons in your first map let alone a weapon you have created from scratch, and doing that just sounds like a joke, an ENTIRE video game studio created all those models, teams of animators, model designers, texture creators and you want to do it all by yourself, thats suicide, again I dont mean to sound rude but its the truth, and the truth hurts sometimes, i dont normally like to be the truthful straight on type, thats more of hitmans job
