Edit: We decided to take the server down due to it being empty 85% of the time - too hard to get an objective game going since it requires a minimum of four players.
rambobada555555 & I have started our own Black Ops 1 MP server for the time being. I don't know if we will keep it up or not, it really depends on if it gets a userbase going or not.
It's hard to find a good HC CTF server that doesn't have one problem or another - most servers either have abusive admins or stupid restrictions on foul language, etc. These things were ruining our fun so we figured $7/month from each of us was worth being able to play with no admin abuse or foul language kicks. I'm not using any UGX donation money to pay for the server but I have named the server UGX and we are using UGX tags to denote admins. I know some of you probably have no interest in playing BO1 but feel free to jump on whever you want a game. Currently the server is called [UGX] BoobsnBooze and the IP is 173.199.103.204:3074
I think to get a userbase going we're going to have some times during the week where UGX forum members can all meet up on the server and have a good time. We have a couple reserve slots available for donors who wish to join when the server is full, too <3
To get things going, I'll go ahead and set a couple times for this weekend. If there is a time that works better for the majority of people I would be happy to use that instead.

Oh and if anyones curious to the name we chose. We made the name boobs and booze because the other server that we like that we kept getting kicked off of is, titties and beer so we figured boobs and booze is a perfect rival. We picked CTF because its the most popular mode.

God damnit, I don't want to shell out 40$ for a game I probably won't play that much.Most servers dont run the DLC maps at all because no one wants to pay for them - our server does not run them either. I bought them for the zombies maps alone but they were on sale at the time for $11.24 each

This server got my favorite game mode and it's hardcore. Too bad though my ping is 300 OoYeah, that ping limiter is a douche at the start of the game for me.

I live in the Middle East. I'm used to high ping, the lowest ping I can get is 100.
