Title: Adware problem; Please help!!!

hello people im have a terrible adware thing on my computer that i cannot delete. i looked under google extensions but nothing showed up, i tried deleting weird programs, and AVG scan and delete didnt help. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
 
This is what the virus looks like:
(has a bing toolbar that you cannot remove at the top and a bunch of ads on all sides. the bing toolbar is ALWAYS there)

Restart your computer in safe mode and delete it(assuming you know the adware's name).

Malwarebytes!!! you can download a free trial version. Run a full scan and it should clean it
Also you can try adwcleaner

i dont know the name of the adware, but i further looked into it and it was only addressed as the BING virus. it will always display the bing toolbar no matter what and spams tons of offerswizard ads. ironically, AVG advertises with offer wizard so im getting avg virus protection adware xD. im downloading malwarebytes now, hopefully it will work

Got the exact same thing a couple days ago, fixed it using this: http://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-browser-redirect-virus/ (http://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-browser-redirect-virus/) Just running a Malwarebytes + Eset Smart Security scan did nothing so I started googling and came across this, a lot of steps but it should work.

I use Malwarebytes and CCleaner, both work fantastically good
