Title: Steam WaW compatibility
Post by: daedra descent on June 22, 2014, 05:59:08 am: Does anyone know why the Steam version of World at War doesn't work right with the REALLY old maps?

And when i say "doesn't work right" i mean either not work at all(an unknown function error) or missing models for specific guns like the Colt and PTRS. However people who have the CD version can supposedly play these maps just fine.

What version do you have? Steam or CD?

Post by: Alerion on June 22, 2014, 09:56:23 am: The steam version is EXACTLY the same as the CD-version but with the patches already applied. There should be no way that Steam causes these errors.
