Title: YouTube embedding fixed, Download Button added

I've fixed the issue where YouTube links with https:// prefixes instead of http:// were not embedding on the forum.
For a while we have had a bb code download button that could be used by typing

but it would appear not many people have figured out how to use the code from quoting my posts :D So now there is a button for it [ (https://www.ugx-mods.com/forum/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fugx-mods.com%2Fforum%2FThemes%2FBBB_20rc4%2Fimages%2Fbbc%2Fdownload.gif&hash=011942d695a28c2e81bc8c14fa120e7cbc2b9c2b)] on the posting page.
It looks like this:
