Title: Load a mod directly when launching the game

Is there a way to load a mod in Black Ops 1 directly after starting the game without having to first load the main game and then manually going to the mods menu option and clicking on the mod to restart the game and load the desired mod? I have tried using the +set fs_game "mods/modname" launch option but it does not take effect.
