Title: How to replace sound effects without using the mod file.

So I saw a lot of sound files in the main folder around 17-22 iwi. I am trying to replace the round start sound with the same sound but without the guitar effect. I imported it inside the 7zip file. But now it just doesnt make the sound. It would be helpful if i got help. I searched up a lot in google and it says bo1 uses basstool. I searched up that and all i get are youtube videos of songs. It would be nice if i get a link for that.
