My only concern with that set up is the power supply, its probably going to need a bit more juice than that.

 I would like to also point out that adding a crapload of RAM won't actually benefit you in any real way because Windows uses 2GB at most, while a game could use around 6GB's. Ultimately i think what matters is the type and frequency of the ram, not how much(to a point, having 2GB is real bad).
