Title: converter.cfg not found in launcher

now when I try to convert in launcher, it gives me ERROR! No "converter.cfg" file found!

im not too sure where to even look for this file and why this is happening. Could someone send a download for it and tell me how/where to install it, because I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything 3 times and this keeps happening.
