when i play my map my risers don't spawn they spawn on the zombie spawner outside of my even though i set it to rise! :'(

The spawners don't target the structs. Its done by script.

Download the updated version of the UGX mod tools patch and ONLY copy over the _zombiemode_spawners.gsc file

Do you have script structs for the risers to spawn?

the zombies that are supposed to rise follow me instead and don't rise! the zombies that are supposed to spawn just start derping help! :'(

So you have already set up the zones too, I assume.
Are they overlapping? or maybe the frst zone is called wrong and doesn't start.
Just some guesses.

the zoning is fine but its the risers and the spawners witch don't work the zombies still spawn. :-\

I made a screenshot of what it looks like on my map where everything works fine. Maybe you find something odd.

EDIT: I just had a look at your screenshot again. Why is spawnflags on 3 and script_forcespawn on 1? I thard that should be the other way round.

Everything you need and more has already been posted here, the only thing left that could possibly be wrong is user error. If you have the latest UGX Modtools patch installed (check again, we released an update last week v1.0.3) and you have the fixed gsc included in your map via the Build IWD tab and you have the spawners set up correctly according to the video you linked (or any of the screenshots posted thereafter), then that's all that can possibly be suggested.
Always remember to recompile your map after making changes in radiant and remember to build your IWD to include custom scripts located in your root/mod/mapname/maps folder. You need to put the _zombiemode_spawners.gsc from the UGX Modtools patch into your map's IWD maps folder and build the IWD.
Alternatively if you know how to make sure you arent already loading a _zombiemode_spawners.gsc from your IWD you could just recompile all of your FFs and the new patched spawner would get loaded from root/raw/maps.

If trem's did not work, did you use the UGX scirpt placer because if so you got to get the riser fix just look for it on UGX and i am sure your find it :d :P.
