Title: Mod Tools Without steam?

I got a boxed copy of BO1 that's not on Steam. is there a way to get the mod tools without going through steam?

 Damn, i was wondering the same thing, i was wanting my mod menu to launch under my BGamer T5 client but it just runs vanilla... even after editing the batch file. But, on the other hand, i'd like to see if anyone has found anything out on this fron.

i have found a work around.
step 1. open bgt5 launcher.
step 2. click start hostmode.
step 3. run BO_Mods.bat
4. Enjoy :D
