Title: Last hellhound won't spawn?

Alright, i've got a bit of a strange problem here. My last dog won't spawn, I kill a couple dogs then nothing for about 15-20 seconds. Then the round just ends. No max ammo, nothing. All my script_struct spawners are out of the ground and are working as far as I can tell. Sorry, i'm usually able to figure these problems out by myself but i've just got no clue! Any help would be appreciated :)
