Title: Need help.. game freezing when loading co-op mods.

Hi all.
Currently having an issue with pistols only zombie defence mod, in which the game crashes for both party members, when the loading bar reaches 2/5ths full.
Crashes whole PC and have looked online for help with no luck...

Any help at all appreciated. TIA
