Title: BO1 Crash when load mod

As title says when I start BO1 with the mod loader, through the batch file included with the latest version of game mod (1.2.1), everything looks fine but when I load a mod it desappear, the icon is replaced with a blank one and the task manages says that the game is not responding... I tried everything, integrity verification, compatibility modes... But nothing... Even if I click on the "Original Black Ops" option in the mod menu same thing... My OS is Win 10 and I have only the Rezurrection DLC installed. Can someone help me?
