I don't think I can give you the answer but most of the time you are using something that doesn't work with a font or image.
What it is I don't really know but the best thing to do is starting a new mod and look if it is there. If it doesn't then I think you can save it by removing the image/font from your mod.

I tried a new map and got this, I added dlc3 to the map files and built the mod, but what did I forget this time?

I'm sorry for seeming a pain, I am stupidly new to this
