- Added Battlefield 1 inspired sprinting/mantling/diving crosshairs & hitmarkers
- New muzzleflashes/crosshairs/sniper overlays added for almost all of the weapons
- Added regular ADS for Ranger due to gameplay/visual reasons
- Payday 2 reticles added for all of the PaP'd weapons with sights & their color changes depending on PaP camo
- Added new sounds for swapping weapons, dryfiring, shell ejects & Frag Grenade explosions
- Increased PaP'd shotgun effects' chances of happening (from 33% to 50%)
- Few PaP'd weapons have new names, new attachments &/or improved PaP camo placements now
- Fixed most of third person weapon bugs
- Added new Perk/Powerup icons
- Fixed an exploit with Shockwave Claymores & After Stock
- Added zombie count check on specific Main Quest-steps so you can do certain steps sooner (checks if next/current round is dog round and zombie count > 24 rather than just next/current dog round)
- Fixed a bug where rounds wouldn't continue if you finished Terminal Minigun-step during a dog round
- Some triggers now require you to hold down Use-button (longest time on a trigger is 1 second)
- Teleporter now works by just having all alive players on it
- Added more model variations for zombies
- Added looping music for Dog Rounds
- Doctor Faye's Round 2 quote only plays once on the first time it can be heard even after multiple restarts (does not save on game exit)
- Multiple visual/sound/optimization changes/additions on most of the Quests
- Increased souls required for Elemental Batteries during upgrade Quests & also in first Main Quest-step
- In Boss Fight, Boss cannot do same attack twice in a row anymore
- Mule Kick icon now moves up if you are holding the third weapon
- Fixed Minigun pickup glitch
- Crusader Zombie cannot affect more than five zombies during a taunt now & taunt has new effects for Crusader/taunted zombies
- Crusader Zombie cannot spawn during dog rounds anymore (but he can be alive during one)
- Added hitmarkers for when you can damage Crusader Zombie
- Electric Cherry can now trigger Electrifying Torment's Nova Crawler step
- Overall improvements on textures used in weapons, map's geo, prop models etc.
- Reworked a lot of HUD like Time Trial's timer, fonts etc.
- Added multiple new enemy spawns inside Terminal/Generator/PaP-areas
- Fixed some sounds being under wrong sound settings
- Added version numbering in main menu to remove confusion with what version you are running on

- Box lag seemingly fixed
- Bane Gun 2.0 now features new animation set to embrace the meme
- Miasma Device & all its upgraded variants now track ammo like Der Eisendrache's bows
- Miasma Device & all its upgraded variants now effect all zombies when they enter projectile's radius, not just one at a time
- Fire/Flinger Traps are also patched with above fix
- Buffed damage on Miasma Device to be one-hit kill until round 25 and upgraded variants have infinite damage
- Increased radius of soul portal in second step of Main Quest to work better with buffed radiuses of Miasma Device's upgraded variants from previous update
- Boss Fight's missile barrage attack now has 1-2 missile chance rather than 1-3, if you have more than two players
- Decreased fire time on MK32 & its PaP version (more on PaP version), & sprint times on Grease Gun
- Overall optimization on entities/performance

I'm having some trouble with this. I can't get the installer to work, every time I try to open it I keep getting a notification saying Windows prevented it from opening to keep my computer safe and there's no option to run it anyway. I downloaded the manual files but I can't seem to get the map to appear under the custom zombies maps in the menu, dunno if I'm putting the files in the wrong place, tried copy-pasting some stuff around but it's not working.

Sorry for being a leechy bastard as I rarely post here, but I wanna try this awesome-looking map out :)

When Windows gives you notification, you should be able to click it to open where it stores info from deletion. Then you can just set the files to be non-dangerous and will put them where they should be in. If using Manual, you need to drop the folder inside root/mods and if you have Game_Mod installed properly with newest version, it should appear under Mods tab

Sweet! On the 23rd I posted it would come out 3 days later, Here we are on the 26th and what do you know it actually did! I think I need to go buy a lottery ticket  ;) . I'm Downloading now and can't wait to try it out with some friends tonight. I know a lot of hard work went into this project. I congratulate you and everyone involved on the release. So far, i'm loving this map, but there's one thing i'm currently annoyed with and it has to do wtih the EE. where or what or how do i get my grubby mits on the AA shell, i've scoured the entire map and i can't seem to find it. is it on a shalf somewhere do i dig it up, or what?

I played for about 20 minutes before I got this error and game crashed.

Reported both to SE2Dev and Nukem since it looks to be both issues with Game_Mod. Any other details you can give me, what were you doing etc.

This map is fucking amazing! Love the map design, weapons, and Easter egg. Three of my friends and I had no problems installing and launching the game and we had a lot of fun getting through the Easter egg.

You have made a much better map than Treyarch could ever provide. Everything is made for the player to enjoy, make tactics for high rounds etc....

It's perfectly immersive, everything was made by you guys and you can be proud of you. I'm gonna spend so much time on this map omg....

++++++ Weapons details, animations, map details, smoothness of the gameplay, intense games, secrets (that i'm far from finding anything about since the map is hella huge), music and sound effects, voices, scenario (I live in Paris sooo :D)...

I just need help for something: i know how to use multiple cg_thirdperson commands, but is there a way to play as a free flying camera while my player model is still on the ground. I'd like to make cines of a human player shooting, running etc >..

Not that I know of, for trailer I manually used BO1's camera stuff through GSC and spawned models, set them as proper ones and played anims

Do you have newest version of Game_Mod installed? Are you running as Admin?

Treyarch, take notes. :D

Just played for 4 hours. Took me an hour to discover the map and another to complete the fire upgrade, it was really interesting! Progressed rather far in the EE as well but I got stuck in one part, I'll figure it out on my own eventually.

In the end, however (Round 41), my game crashed and I got this message:

What caused this? I was just training the zombies outside the spawn room, had no issues earlier in the game.


Overall a very cool map, thank you for this. Everyone should try it out!

P.S. Are you ever going to release the Radiant tool to public? Would love to try and make something myself! 0 experience in coding and whatnot but it would be fun. :-)

My problem is that i can't unpack game mod to bin because i don't have permission  :'(

That really small Easter Egg in the menu room with the computer.... :lol: love it, thought it was going to be a jumpscare, the first time I played the map I was unable to get the death machine, whenever I picked it up it would show the name then disappear, another one is the mystery box always causes the game to frameskip like a lot

Really loving the map, all the work everyone did and the song too

Oh yeah, the terminal was a fun little addition I added one day when I wanted to hide something behind everyone's backs, lmao. Minigun bug is just cos of me making it so you can swap it out like in BO3, just walk into it and don't do anything weird and you should be able to pick it up though. I might try rescripting it so it works better. The box lag is caused by Game_Mod so I cannot really fix it. Hopefully in the future it will not be an issue. Glad that you like the map though

Miasma Device is not strong alone, you need to obtain an Element for it through a quest

The Shield thing is just cos of the FOV check most people used for their Shields, we might just perform black magic and move that stuff to be actually calculated using math

Ok, so a buddy and I got the Wind and Ice elements figure out. We also figured out how to do most of fire and electricity. We got two of the terminals for the fire easter egg and I found a soul battery and filled it up for what I assume to be the electricity easter egg. I legit have no clue where to go from here, though. We can probably figure out the fire one easy enough, but the electricity one has left me in a complete rut. I can't figure this out. If you can just give me a hint or something as to what to do, I'd appreciate it.

I managed to find the easter egg (with help of fearreaper stream lol) and i got amazed. Having a bit of an issue here. Downloaded and ran the installer. Desktop shortcut tells me "Windows is searching for launcher_ldr.exe" Then asks if I want to delete the shortcut because it won't work properly without that file.

Huh, I thought I added the dog round check there as well, guess the bug never happened to me directly when testing that part. Added the dog round check for next update, can't start the step, if next or current round is dog round now, similar to other steps. Thanks for reporting

You said it yourself, get it from Steam. You should be able to download them directly from Steam unless you don't have an official version of the game. And if you're using a cracked copy of the game, then you will not get any help here. I guess I accidentally broke that when I made Shockwave Claymores upgradable, lmao. I will add it on my To Do list, thanks for reporting and hopefully you had fun at least ❤

How do you get pap? I'm a little confused.

There is a teleporter on other side of map, use it, get what you need and return to the spot where teleporter was

My game crashes at the end of round 4 almost every game, and the few that didn't crash then crashed either later at the end of round 5, or earlier, at exactly 5 minutes into the map. I have the newest version of Game_mod and of this map.

So you are definitely on 1.1.0 version of map and Game_Mod 1.3.2 as seen in main menu when starting up? Any error message?

Yep, main menu says 1.1.0 and 1.3.2, but no error messages appear. My game hangs for a couple seconds then simply closes, no errors, no residual processes.

Cos the installer is the .exe. It is basically the same thing and I am pretty sure Windows Defender would have started deleting WaW .exe's, if they were more recent

In case this helps anyone that downloads this for the first time... I downloaded the EXE installer for 1.1.1 however it didn't appear to install game mod.  I had to install that manually.

ModMe was transfered to a new server and the Game_Mod stuff did not transfer over, so yeah. Until that is fixed, gotta install Game_Mod manually, nothing I can do about it

no my game is steam version and ı have only legal rezurrection dlc on my games ı dont have others and ı installed this mod into black ops game location ( where was installed black ops mod tools ) i did not delete any folders but i try to reinstall game_mod second version where is the address of game_mod updated?

 Do you mean joining friend's lobby just kicks you out? Make sure both have 1.1.1 version of map installed and 1.3.2 version of Game_Mod, otherwise issue could just be in your connection

BO1 server issue sucks so much ass. One way that works sometimes is waiting 60s, then closing the game and restarting, that sometimes works. If you can't get inside the game, just open console and type /map zombie_perish and that starts the map solo

 I konw, but there are so many bugs in the tools that users can hardly make zombie maps.

I just finished this map with my friend couple minutes ago. My mind is blown and this is the best Zombiemap I've ever played. Top notch Easter Egg with 10/10 voice acting and storyline. Also killed the final Boss. It's trying hard but a really nice Easter Egg.

Just heard about this custom map a few days ago as i was looking for a realistic well made map.  I am so glad I decided to download this as this is the best customs zombie map i've seen (would compare to official treyarch maps). Had such a good time building the wonder weapon and zombie shield.

The whole map seems very long and narrow but is surprisingly well structured as you are able to train very easily, it also seems very 'Origins' inspired.

I don't usually complete eastereggs as they can be long and sometimes boring, but this map had such a great storyline.

Would definately recommend this map for anyone looking for a fair structed layout with a unique variety of weapons and perks.

i dont think its possible to reach really high rounds on certain custom maps

Hi, this is probably my favorite map but when I try to do the easteregg with my friends game always crashes in the part where you are under Eiffel tower. I get this message: ASSERTION "d:\code\projects\c++\linkermod\components\game_mode\cscr_parser.cpp(190): gScrParserPub[inst].sourceBufferLookupLen > 0". How can I fix this so I'm able to do the easteregg? I was able to do it in 1.1.0 version but not im 1.1.1.

verify ur black ops 1 game files on steam maybe that will fix the problem

Can you make the installer like the normal ugx installer where you can select in what folder leave the mod pls?, i got the game on another folder and it don't recognize it.

When Windows gives you notification, you should be able to click it to open where it stores info from deletion. Then you can just set the files to be non-dangerous and will put them where they should be in. If using Manual, you need to drop the folder inside root/mods and if you have Game_Mod installed properly with newest version, it should appear under Mods tab
I am having problems. When asking to install th game it asks me to select the folder with an exe to install the mod, and when selecting CoDWaW.exe it crashes with no chance to install. Please help because the map looks sick

Hi guys, Perish is one masterpiece of bo1 modded zombies maps. Lot of attention to all details. The weapons, the rooms, the secret & the boss fight are very good to play! Big up!

Sup guys. Me and my friend love this map, but everytime I play, I get this same error at some random point:

dx.device -> CreateTexture(width, height, mipmapCount, usage, imageFormat, memPool, &image->texture.map, nullptr) failed: Ran out of memory

It used to happen mostly when using the mystery box, but now it seems to happen randomly. Can't find a trigger for this error.
We have never made it to round 20 before this error happens. And it only happens to me, except 1 rare time it did happen to my friend.


Attempted Fixes:
I tried changing the system virtual memory paging size. I set the initial size to 4096MB and the Max size to 16000MB.
I realized now in checking my specs that i only have 15GB of RAM so I will lower the Max paging size, but I doubt this will solve it.
This error was popping up before I ever touched the windows system virtual memory settings.

Also tried running the game in windowed mode since it didnt seem to like when I Alt-Tabbed out too many times.

None of the above have been successful.

Laptop specs:
CPU:
AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX with Radeon Graphics 3.30 GHz

Graphics:
LQ156M1JW25 (1920x1080@300Hz)
12272MB ATI AMD Radeon RX 6800M (ASUStek Computer Inc)

just verify ur bo1 game files on steam and that should fix the problem

I have a problem with the easter egg. I play solo and at the step where i need to check the dead zombies for the code, i only get 3 letters of the code. I checked evers body. I think one of the letters was invisible when i chekced. Or i cant search a body. Did someone had the same problems? Is there a dead body guide/list?
 
Anyways i did the easter egg before, its a awesome map. Much better then some of the offical Cod zombie maps.
 
Btw. the ray gun mark 2 is ooovvver pooowered. I killed the giant robot with 3 hits and everything other is one hit, even in round 48.

yea u install the same way just like plutonium waw in appdata, but not every  bo1 custom map and also on co-op too  wil not work on plutonium bo1, becuz its not supported yet and theyre still fixing it. But that besides the point, custom zombie maps r broken on plutonium anyway

I would adore to see this map recreated in BO3, good god. Imagine the wonderweapon recreated in that game's engine, the possibilities could be beautiful.
