Title: Computer error - related to custom zombies?

Hello, I recently got a new laptop and shortly after I downloaded custom zombies I started having some issues. When I'd load up the computer, it would often say "Windows didn't load correctly" on a blue screen and require a restart. I have since returned that computer, gotten a new one, and not downloaded custom zombies and have not had an issue. The maps I downloaded were Leviathan, Requium, and Dead Ship from UGX and Spongebob Battle for Bikini Bottom from Zombiemodding. Does anyone think that it was custom zombies that caused this? Its the only thing I've done differently on my new computer. If so, do any of these maps stand out as ones that caused issues, or could it be all of them? I have a Dell XPS 13 9570 if that matters.
