- THE COMPLEX
This map is a heavy work-in-progress that I started about 4 weeks ago, the map is based on a story line which I've written on my own with it's own lore & history. There will be sequel maps continuing on from this one.
I'm looking for any scripter that would like to collaborate in this project!

looks good but im a little concerned about how steep this staircaise is:

Doesn't feel too steep walking up/down, could be the FOV from that angle.

it looks at least like 45+ degree tilt but since there is a misconception that people make where all steps are diagonal with 45 degrees tilt :lol:
steps are usually longer horizontally then in height by 2:1 at least in game engines, so back in 2001 we made them for CS 16 units wide by 8 units high. Not like in radiant where you can build a smooth clip ramp with extreme incline under weapon_clipped stairs.

I'm pretty sure when I made the steps I made them 10.5 wide and 8 tall. I know to make them more wide than high.

played this from the workshop , though it was missing a pack a punch area , really enjoyed the map , just wondering though , why did you take it down ? , just wondered and awesome job man wish people made more really good maps like this.

Thanks man! The PAP area doesn't exist because it isn't done yet :P I had it on the workshop for a week or so just for testing.
