Title: Images are now required in WIP/Release

I have implemented an automated check for topics created in the Work In Progress and Releases section to prevent people from violating one of the most basic and important WIP/Release Topic guidelines. If you try to create a topic in those sections which does not contain at least one image, the forum will reject the topic and show an error, prompting you to add an image :)

If this malfunctions for any reason or prevents you from posting a topic which meets the image requirement, please send me a PM and I will fix it ASAP.
