Title: Weird thing happened when using radiant

I was working on the skybox and sun and after i got those to work i noticed whenever i select something there's a strange layer that apears but the more things i select the darker it gets. however if i use the ctrl+shift to select only one side the strange layer doesnt appear. no idea how to get rid of it. it was hard to explain so i make a quick video showing it.
