Title: Auto portalling in bo3 is broken

Any ideas on how to fix this? The game auto portals so it's pretty hard to know what's wrong...

If i'm not mistaken they use umbra for this(makes objects behind other objects not visible), which means you could remove the umbra volume to stop it. I am not sure why it would be doing this when not behind and object however.

If that isn't what umbra is used for, there must be something that is making that portal which would be a volume or brush since it doesn't normally happen for me at least.

I solved it.

So as it only happened when I was standing on that bridge in that gif,

I thought there would be something wrong with specificly that. The problem was that I had copied and pasted another layer of that bridge patch under it and rotated it so you could see the texture under it as well (as patches are normally invisible when you're looking under them). But after I made this bridge, I realized I didn't need the patch under it as you can't see under it anyway, so I deleted it and it stopped doing this.

So there are ways to make the auto portalling get confused, lol. :P
