Title: Is It Legal To Pay Someone To Make A Mod

The title says it all. I was thinking of making a mod request that someone could make and I will pay them for it but I'm not sure if that is against the forum rules or even against copyright laws?

But it wouldn't be legal to "sell" that mod

You can pay some one for anything you like

I wasn't planning on ever selling a mod. If I did pay someone to make a mod I would credit the creator, and it will be free to download.
