Title: Can't stand or jump? (please help)

Ok so iv'e had this for a while now whenever I go to test my map I cant jump.. and if I crouch i can't stand back up also zombies can't kill me for some reason.. Help..?  :'(

Is your spawn zone in the ground?

You might have a clip brush over the map blocking your movement, I had that problem with my map. I accidently pulled it over my map.
