Title: Can't get perk machine to run scipt

I can't seem to figure out how to get a perk machine to run a custom script as I don't know how the "script_noteworthy" property determines what to run. Basically what I want to do is make a already existing perk machine run a custom script so that I can try to make custom perks. Any help would appreciated thanks.
