TOPIC CONTAINS SPOILERS
So now half the group is dead... good thing none of the main characters were harmed. Here's what stood out to me the most:
1) Rick and his son had both banned themselves from firearms after last season's events - it seems to have had quite a humbling effect on them and they are starting to seem more human again. Now they've got their guns back and Daryl wants Rick to be the leader again. Excited to see where this goes - the sneak peak at next week's episode showed some weird behavior with Rick.
2) Michonne acted really weird around the baby until Hershel's daughter finally got her to hold the baby.. then we see an emotional breakdown - looks like Michonne lost a child in her past.
3) Someone is sabotaging the camp!?!? We saw at the very beginning of the episode that someone was holding a flashlight and feeding rats through the fence of the camp. Then they discover the rats, and finally we end the episode with someone burning people alive that weren't zombies... WTF

REALLY good episode. I was a bit disappointed at the season premiere but now I have high hopes for this season after this episode. Excited to see what happens next.

Rick was just upset that there's no more bacon :(
Also, here's a little theory for you - that picture which Glen took of Maggie will be all he has left of her, looks like a set up for her to die later in the season.

It's very sad that Karen got burned, but who is the person next to her? Also, judging by the promo, Tyreese and Rick are going to fight, comic style ;)
EDIT: Looks like David is the one who got burned. They said it on The Talking Dead.
