Title: Buyable door in the floor issue

I have this buyable door that drops down from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor. When I walk on it, before I buy it, zombies do not follow me onto the"floor door". I'm assuming it's because zombies don't follow onto script_brushmodels. Any help on how to get the zombies to follow onto the door?

4 years later and I also have this issue. I'm going to assume that it's impossible.
