Title: I was hacked on twitter

I was hacked on twitter (from Russia)  and my account was turned into a sex bot
does that mean other sex bots are just hacked accounts?
The hacker was from Russia because of a loophole in the Russian Law

And what's this "loophole" that you speak of?

I decided to delete the account

the loophole is that there is nothing in Russia's law about hacking other countries but Russians are not allowed to Hack other Russians.
