So when I load up the Mod Tools Launcher, when I press Radiant nothing loads, I have to load Radiant from the directory, but when I do launch it it doesn't even load it crashes on the "Initializing graphic system" I have tried redownloading the mod tools and nothing has happened, I have tried to google the answer and there is no answer at the time of this post
