Title: will this spec run bo3
Post by: djjoney01 on September 29, 2016, 09:23:28 pm: hiya i've been looking at getting a new pc as mod tools are now out for bo3 , old one was built for waw and wont cut it :( can someone tell me if this specs good enough ? i've checked it against the game requirements and it looks ok but i been lookin at other pcs and its all just numbers too me now and i've confused myself

• Asus H110M-A Motherboard

• 8GB DDR4 2133MHz
• Configuration 2 x 4GB

8 does cut it, compiling lights takes more, but his cpu will max out first, i would recommend the money goes on an ssd
edit; didnt notice u had ssd, then yes trem was right get 16gb :)

plus the way I run my PC it idles at 8GB at any given time lol so I really need the extra 8 to start up the modtools or a game without issues

you can reduce by a ton my pc runs at 400MB idle for ram wise (dissabling themes etc)

And I'd rather my PC not look like Windows 98, lol, for BO3 modding I would say 8GB is minimum, some are even running into some problems with 16GB.

Yeah 16gb for the extra $30-40 is so worth it.
