does it come up with an error message at all?

To fix that ,you need to go in the date/time and change the "comma" to a point because in USA we write like this 9.00am and not 9,00am.
I don't really know where's the Windows' date/time parameter,need to look for it . If someone fiound it please reply :)

Yes. the error that i get is : Error opening GdtDB file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops III\\gdtDB\gdt.db'.
Assertion failed: r == SQLITE_OK, file q:\t7\pc\code\tools\linker\gdtdb.cpp, line 147

but only when i try to build the map. when the checkmark is on "ignore errors" then it will give me that message. otherwise it just stops and says it takes a view seconds. but it never finishes. please help :((

found the solution. you just have to change the (,) into a (.)  go to control panel . change time panel. more options and there you can change the (,) into a (.)

surprisingly it works
